Okay people...I have done a great job of getting my pregnancy weight off. I have two pounds to go to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I haven't started exercising really since I just got clearance to work out two weeks ago and last week we were in the hospital. So any suggestions on great exercises, diets, tricks, motivators....please help me!!! I can do this! I need to tone, tone, tone! So email, facebook me, text me...anything and everything is welcome!
