Turning 3 has been a non-stop party for Mallory. We celebrated with a small Ariel (Little Mermaid) party last weekend and I believe she has opened a present or had another "celebration" every day since then. Nothing like being a little spoiled. I can not believe that she is 3!! THREE!!!! She is becoming quite the young lady...she is showing so much imagination here lately and LOVES to pretend. The things she comes up with....it's mind boggling. Not only with just her imagination but with her phrases as well....Example: Today we took her for a "special day" or what my daddy called it...Honky-Tonking!!! He we took her to the mall to Build-A-Bear, ride the carousel, saw Santa (in the never ending line) and then to Ergadoozy. She was up in the big play-area (remember she has not been to McDonalds play-place yet). She was a bit nervous so I went with her...she just kept saying, "Oh, mom...I'm not too sure about this. I'm really not sure..." Like she was 10 and not 3....
Her likes: She is still all about any princess...Cinderella, I believe is still in the #1 spot. She LOVES the color blue! Minnie Mouse & Mickey Mouse are still favorites. Barbie is making a run for a high ranking though. Barbie is a new gift she got for her birthday and I believe that it will be her new fav soon. She is really getting a love for books especially Look & Find books. I can not tell you how good this girl is at them. I had to find the hard books for her as her age is just too easy and believe it or not...she can find some of them faster than me. Another fan favorite would be building...she looks pretending to build castles, roads, etc. She also got magnatiles for her birthday and another magnetic design game and she would sit there for hours if I let her. A few other things that are on the list of fun things to do are: doing hair, playing memory(which she is also extremely good at) and drawing. She is so fun to watch and grow. I am soooo soooo grateful to have a healthy little girl that makes us smile every day. She is not only healthy but funny, smart, cute, hysterically ornery, and so loving. Her hugs and kisses can make any bad day, good. Enjoy the 1000 pictures I am about to post....
